ABOUT STELLAR YOGA

Estelle Wagner believes in honoring the roots of yoga and supporting self exploration, understanding and embodiment through mindful movement.  She teaches individual and group yoga from a body-affirming, holistic approach in order to make the benefits of yoga accessible to people of all abilities and needs. Her classes emphasize non-judgement, self-compassion, and individual exploration to make yoga work for your body. Yoga is about meeting ourselves where we are and getting to know ourselves a little better each time we come to the mat.

Estelle is also certified in Curvy Yoga, an accessible, body-affirming approach to yoga for people of all shapes and sizes.  Curvy classes are for people of any shape and size (curvy or not), and focus on making yoga accessible to all (no flexibility or experience required!), connecting with your body, and practicing self-compassion and non-judgment, on and off the mat. These classes offer the opportunity to connect with your body and make yoga work for the body you have today.

Estelle has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Trained in classical ballet, she studied dance at Sarah Lawrence College and has a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she focused on International Human Rights Law. She has completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice and is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland.

About: About Us

WHO'S THE BUNNY?

You may notice a furry friend in the background of some of our yoga classes!  Doug is an English Spot house rabbit who loves cuddles and cucumbers.  He has the run of the apartment, but he mainly prefers to hang out in the living room, where he naps under the couch and races around the room when he's feeling frisky.  He loves exploring the balcony as well, where he eats all the plants he can before getting caught...and then sneaks back for more.

A New York City rescue, he is a world traveler and now lives in Switzerland.  Not any bunny would be ok with air travel, but Doug was a champ (his mom was way more stressed than he was).

As a house rabbit, Doug doesn't live in a cage, and needs lots of carpets for traction and hopping.  In the videos we film inside, we have rolled back the rug for the video, but rest assured we roll it right back when we are done so he can move about freely (and he has a little rug out of frame in case he really wants to visit).
